I stay at a lot of hotels and have stayed at many nice properties. This was one of my best experiences. "

"Planned as stopover in Doha on route to SE Asia. Cancelled the booking well over a month beforehand due to the war in the Middle East - we were rerouted to Kuala Lumpa to avoid the conflict but hotel refused to refund the cost despite government advice not to travel to the region and plenty of notice. Not really the action of a 5 start hotel. All other bookings we made for this trip were incredibly accommodating."
