阿布扎比阿爾穆羅爾酒店住宿推介

「非常棒」

「When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel...

「除了所在地點不是很方便之外，其他的部分都很棒」

「Nice experience in the hotel ! Staff are helpful and willing to listen ! 」

「Check in late and reception team Syian (sorry, not sure if my spelling is correct) was very attentive and helpful. Spent two nights but not much time enjoying the facilities in the hotel, room is clean and spacious.」

「Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.」

「房間乾凈舒適，讓人放鬆休息！房間內送的巧克力和谷物餅乾非常可口，很有賓至如歸的感受，很美好！」
