「GREAT」

「The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast exceeds expectations.」

「Nice experience in the hotel ! Staff are helpful and willing to listen ! 」

「Excellent. A little bit away from the airport and the restaurant downstairs is very expensive」

「Excellent Customer service especially the parking staffs and the restaurant staffs. Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. 「Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.」
