「Adorable little house that was perfect for my needs. My stay was for 1 month. Conveniently located close to groceries,shopping and restaurants. Chain link fenced backyard was perfect for my 2 dogs. I used the covered back deck daily and was a perfect perch to watch my dogs play. Communication with the host was excellent. Alise responded quickly to any and all of my questions. I enjoyed my stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. 」

「Second time stayers here!! Great location, very clean, prompt property manager, great communication. Only complaint is that in the smaller bedroom bathroom, the water in bath/shower is not hot!. So….everyone in our party had to use the master BR shower/bath to take showers. That’s the only complaint! We had a great visit. 」

「Great place to stay within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Also a wonderful park a short walk away. The house was wonderful and we will stay here again if we’re in Birmingham!」

「The property was as described on the website. It was conveniently located where we needed to go and it was easy to get to other places too. The apartment literally had everything we needed for our stay and I'm happy I picked this property. 」

「Everything was good, 」

「This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!」

「Although the apartment wasn’t the one in the pictures, it was perfect. A lot of security to check in and go in and out of the building. Pool was clean, two BBQ stations, gym, and lounge. Walking distance to Starbucks, Publix and other restaurants. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, saving us instead of dining out. Host is quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely book here again!」
