"We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for our whole family to relax and enjoy. One of our favorite features was the backyard, which provided a great space for both adults and kids to unwind and have fun. We truly felt at home here. "I’ve been to 3rd world countries that are safer and cleaner than Oakland. With that being said, this property is located in the epicenter of Oakland’s homeless, drug, and violence problem. It also didn’t help that the property wasn’t properly sanitized and had leftover/open bottles of alcohol left in the fridge. When we complained,...

"Overall the home itself was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Well stocked and good size for the 2 of us. Comfortable beds as well. Had to ask for the remote to be able to park our rental car in front of the garage space, inside the gate. Felt better that we had it there instead of on the street. Just letting you know, it's not in the greatest of neighborhoods though. Somewhat dark and quite dirty. Didn't feel very safe when walking at night from the...
