不滿：職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Day one Beach Resort and Bar – Avoid it.
The accommodation looks nice. Unfortunately, the attitude of the service staff is appalling and as a ‘resident’ you are no more than a second-class citizen. They are only interested in earning money from the outsiders who pay to come and ‘be seen’ at Day One.
Half of the rooms are by the main pool. All day long, there is loud heavy boom, boom, boom, music playing from many large speakers pool-side. So it is impossible to relax in your room during the day.
Poolside – well it gets worse. The pool is crowded by day visitors, so very little room for residents. To use the good poolside sun loungers, there is a minimum charge for bar spends, inc residents. So, they close the pool at 6pm even to residents. Rip-off in-room prices for coffee-pods. I wish we had never gone there.
