A nice hotel located close to the main attractions and the Cleopatra beach. The staff were very nice, and the hotel was clean. Considering their price is quite low, this is definitely a big recommendation!

The staff was super friendly. Very smooth check in and check out. The ladies in the kitchen making breakfast were so sweet and hard working. We enjoyed every moment of it. 3 min walk to the beach..will definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel, we’ve stayed there for a week. Only five minutes from the beach and away from the Main Street.restaurants and Supermarkets are on every corner. The hotel is freshly renovated, there are two pools, AC and Wi-Fi in every room, and a TV as well. Staff on the desk and on breakfast is very friendly. Breakfast itself is nice as well, every morning something new, there are fruits and vegetables, cheese,eggs, etc… I would stay there one more time.

When we arrived they gave us the room which was not cleaned and told us to wait 30-40 minutes. We arrived the hotel at 2:30pm and room was still not prepared. Receptionist was kind enough to let me use one clean room shower after negotiation. Probably won’t stay there in the future.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, close to the beach and stores. The staffworking there were incredible, always happy and helpful. One thing that was a big issue for me and my friend was that one of the staff named Soner which is the bartender was really unprofessional. The first day he seemed polite and kind but just after one day we understood that his intentions wasn’t just to be nice. He turned really jealous and yelled at me for meeting up with guy friends. I felt really uncomfortable during the rest of the stay. I have informed some of the staff about the situation. I guess this might be a problem for girls staying in the hotel but not if you’re with a guy. Sad that it has to be like that. I saw another woman leaving a review about experiencing a similar situation. Otherwise we were really satisfied with our stay.

Nice hotel but…

The hotel look pleasant and is renovated and the pictures look accurate. We had some problems with the cleaning service the staff said multiple times that we couldn’t get towels everyday which is a big problem since Alanya is extremely hot and you want clean towels after your bath I hope they want to change this so you can get towels everyday. The hotel does not offer day to day cleaning which is not stated anywhere. Breakfast is alright but limited and on the last 2 days we didn’t want to eat there since there was small ants around the food. Staff was nice and the stay was good. The hotel has so much potential and will be so much better if these small issues would be addressed and fixed. Thanks for everything.

Anbefaler gjerne opphold på dette hotellet. Rolig og fin atmosfære. Utmerket beliggenhet i forhold til div. fasiliteter, serviceinnstilt og vennligt personale; Sonar og damene på kjøkkenet; koselige ;) god frokost m ferske råvarer. Når det gjelder renhold er det ett forbedrings potensialet, det nevnte vi for den ansvarlige på hotellet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen hit.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Otelden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim birkaç eksik yönünü söylemeden geçemiyicem kahvaltısı alınan ücrete göre biraz yetersiz peynir zeytin ekmek dışında 2 çeşit kahvaltılık çıkıyor birde konfleks var birkaç kahvaltılık çeşit daha bulunmalı. Bunun dışında temizlik konusunda personelleri biraz yetersiz odanıza temizlik istediğinizde bir değil iki kere söylemeniz gerekiyor ona rağmen gönülsüzce iş yapıyolar bu konuda biraz eksik olduğunu düşünüyorum ama bunların dışında oda olsun havuz olsun diğer personellerin ve resepsiyonitler sizi her zaman güleryüzle karşılayıp yardımcı oluyorlar.

Beklentimizin oldukça üzerinde hizmet ve güler yüz var. Resepsiyon ve restaurantta çalışan beyefendiler başta olmak üzere herkes gayretli, iyi niyetli. Konum olarak sahile yakın. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli ve lezzetli. Odalarda klima sorunsuz çalışıyor. Odaların fiziki durumu iyi, eşyalar yeni. Sokakta park yeri bulamadık ama sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz beyefendi kendi araçlarını çekerek bize iki arabalık yer açtı. Tek eksik gördüğüm yastıklar çok zayıf. Tavsiye ederim.
