「Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. 」

「The villa is gorgeous - there is a space for everything and everyone! A master bedroom is a spacious room with a big balcony, other rooms have convenient layout, so nobody would feel crammed. Two bedrooms are with bathrooms, so there is no competing for them. It's super convenient when you travel with family members of different age groups. 「Het was een mooi, schoon en opgeruimd huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel fijn dat ze zoveel beddengoed en handdoeken hebben. Elke badkamer had een mandje met hygiëne en verzorgingsproducten. Super handig! De locatie is ook prima bereikbaar met de auto en het huisje volledig privacy! Wij hebben genoten van het warme grote zwembad. Echt ik raad iedereen dit huisje aan. Wij komen graag terug!」

「The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times. 「The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides.
