設備齊全，入住時間晚了，過了辦公時間，也可順利入住。安排尚算妥當。 房間如圖大小，符合期望。唯一意見是睡房窗簾透光，破壞睡眠質素。 有一草藥花園，可隨意採集使用，這是一個小驚喜。

Wonderful experience. While it doesnt have the flash bells and whistles it was very welcoming. Extremly clean , great outdoor areas staff very warm and friendly homely relaxing atmosphere. Will be my go to place whenever i stay in Albany

Highly recommend Havana Villas. It may be an older property, however, we couldn’t fault it. Our villa was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed for an enjoyable & comfortable stay. Tonia (reception) was super helpful & friendly & made us feel very welcome. 10/10 Havana Villas!

Havana Villas were welcoming and friendly. We rang to secure the last villa and when we arrived the Manager was checking our villa, making sure it was good, which I appreciated. Basic but clean unit with all basic needs supplied. The only negative was a large group was enjoying their ethnic music at Full Blast when they were in the commune area, but they turned it off at 9.00pm. I would stay again.

Great location, welcoming host, clean facilities. kitchen was well equipped for a holiday cabin. Towels and linen clean, soft and fresh. Good value for money.

Lovely place
We have stayed at Havana Villas many times. Had a lovely stay but the bed was so hard i had a bruise on my hip. Everything else was perfect. Lovely place extremely clean and well equipped.

Thank you for your review. We include a 7 pce dining setting and 2 seater couch plus 3 extra chairs. We also have a an outdoor setting at each chalet. Perhaps you would have been more comfortable in one of our Cottages or Holiday Houses rather than a chalet

Disappointing
Not very well designed cabins, no where comfortable to sit - only comfortable seating, two seater sofa in wedged behind the dining table in a corner - there were just the two of us and we just about managed. Biggest disappointment was the “sea view” - paid a hefty supplement for a sea view cabin - well, only glimpse of the sea is through a small window in the spare room, look past windbreaks for trees and BBQ area, and public car park - and you can see the sea! photos attached. Was told this was the BEST of the sea view cabins.

Appalled to hear we disappointed you but pleased you found the bed comfortable. Your review is unusual for us and not the normal comments we receive. The chalet you stayed in is one of our most popular and only slightly more in price to the others. It is located at the front of the property next to Firth Park. There are shady trees, picnic tables and directors chairs (in your chalet) to enjoy the outlook over the ocean. In whale season, it is not unusual to see whales from this spot. I was surprised you never mentioned this while you were staying so we could attempt to address you concerns.
