Your home away from home, just 100m from the picturesque Middleton Beach foreshore in Albany, Western Australia. Downstairs, this well-equipped home has a King size bedroom with a private ensuite, equipped with sustainable amenities, cheval mirror and hair dryer and has direct access to a tranquil outdoor patio garden. Upstairs you will find a Queen size bedroom with a private ensuite and sustainable amenities, hair dryer and hair straightener, bathroom scales, cheval mirror and bathroom heater. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with access to a 3rd bathroom, this bedroom is suitable for younger children as it has the capability for total black out through the bespoke designed and made window treatments, these can be easily installed and removed as required to ensure no light penetrates the room.
All bedrooms are equipped with extra pillows and blankets to maximise your comfort. All bathrooms are well equipped with sustainable biodegradable toiletries and deluxe towels. The fully functional kitchen has modern quality appliances, condiments including a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods. A multi-phone charging station is available as well as a JBL portable speaker for your listening enjoyment. This home offers an unparalleled blend of elegance, style and comfort.
