「We were put on the second floor my teen son and I with other families with small kids running up ad down halls yelling and so on. I don’t understand why they don’t put families with small children on one floor and others on another floor. Making it a comfortable environment for all including families, too」

「Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Buffet was good, area was kept clean and tidy. Paid through Expedia and...
