「Hotel needs a big renovation, great location, great staff but the hotel in terrible condition!」

「The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "They are here on holiday to have a good time, perhaps you should ask to move your room" was his...

「The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. 「The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. The room was very good regarding the price and also breakfast was a bit simple but good. The walking distance to the ”downtown” is 10 minutes. I would definately stay here again.」

「Air conditioner is totally broken n asked them to fix it , but the man just checked n left, didn't even fix it. never change bed sheet at all. Stayed for a week , not a valuable hotel with bad service.」

「The hotel is a bit old but the service and location are really good. The executive suite is big. The price is more than reasonable and breakfast is inclusive」

「Fine」
