  • In a quiet and secure residence, discover this charming 30 m² studio (ground floor of a house) with an outdoor kitchen and a private covered terrace. The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. The residence is located 5 minutes from the beaches of Agosta and Porticcio and all amenities. Reserved only for quiet and responsible guests, out of respect for the other residents. Bed linen and towels are available for rent at an additional cost. A small car (such as a compact) can be rented if needed during your stay. Minimum stay: 7 days.
