Der Vermieter kam binnen 20 Minuten und hat uns kurz alles Wissenswerte erklärt: Schlüssel, Gas, Strom, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmarkt, Parkplatz und vieles mehr. 「Casa bem equipada e confortável, com A/C nas principais divisões da casa (ajuda a suportar o calor!). O facto de ser no piso terreo proporciona uma proximidade da piscina para refrescar. Está bem localizada (com restauração proxima), mas um pouco afastado (pelo menos não vimos) de mercados para abastecimento.
