Stayed at this hotel for a quick nights rest traveling across the country. The hotel bed was the WORST bed I’ve ever slept in. I weigh under 120 pounds and when I laid in the bed I sank in the bed as there was no firmness at all. Also there was hair and crumbs in the bed. Moments later I was itching around my ankles, which is a sign of bed bugs. I absolutely would not stay at this hotel and spend a couple extra bucks on a different hotel.

Someone brought us a pack 'n play crib right away for the baby. And later brought some regular bed sheets because all of the Crib sheets had been stolen by previous users. We wondered why the thiefs hadn't been charged for the appropriated sheets, since we had to give a $50 deposit for the crib. But we made do wirh the large sheets. Everything else was great!

From the moment of our are at check in the young lady helping us was so unfriendly! Never even said what room we were in or tell us how to get to it. I had to ask her. Came down and asked for coffee she didn’t think I could see her but she sighed and rolled her eyes. She pointed to the breakfast area and said “ there’s some over there” I went there was none. I asked if I could have some and she clearly let me know with her body language that she didn’t want to. Then a co- worker mentioned that they only serve coffee in the morning that I had asked for something that isn’t normally given. We came down to get something to eat and we ordered two Cesar salads. One with chicken one without. The salad without came with dressing and about 7 small croutons. I asked if it came with Parmesan cheese she said they ran out. She charged me full price and on top of that I paid for gratuity on both items when nothing special was done. I was very disappointed in her service. I would not stay if she was helping.

First they gave us a key that didn’t work. We went back and tried the room we were assigned only to find that was occupied. We went back and thought third is the charm. We booked a king size bed, third room was not a king size bed. Went back and showed my reservation, they moved us to a different room just to find that the bed was the same, even though they told us they will moved us to two double beds. We had stayed in many many hotels to know that what we got was not king. Also we booked this hotel because it is within miles to the airport and it is advertised to have a free shuttle to the airport. However their shuttle doesn’t start running until 4;30. Our flight was at 5 so needless to say we had to get an Uber. The person in the front was doing her best. However the manager was rude. It was not my fault to get a room that was occupied, neither to get a california queen bed instead of a king.
