The view from the sixth floor was amazing! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The room was quiet. We had a great time. The only thing is that the food was not very good. The steakhouse was closed that day so we had to eat at the other little restaurant and I would not recommend that at all. The coffee shop and the treats and coffee there were great.!

The rooms are very dated and are in need of a facelift. But we primarily booked this location for the indoor/outdoor pool, which was amazing - heated and perfect, even in March. 10/10! The restaurants were really goo and reasonably priced. We especially loved the steakhouse! The spa looked wonderful and I hope to try it if we go back. The location is nice and very safe. I would definitely stay here again, I'd just be prepared next time for the dated rooms.

Upon arrival, we were very excited about our first time visiting New Mexico and thought we had found the perfect hotel. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly during the check-in process. We spent about 30–45 minutes at the front desk even though there was no line or other guests waiting. The employee at the front desk asked for my ID, which I handed to him, but instead of handing it back he tossed it back to me. I immediately called him out about it. When you work in customer service, basic respect should be expected. While checking us in, he also said he could not find the second room that was included in my reservation. I explained that both rooms were booked and fully paid for at the same time when I made the reservation. Several employees then came over to check the computer, my email confirmation, and even the back office. During this process, my best friend’s credit card was also charged an additional $700. Eventually they figured out the issue. Somehow the reservation had been placed under another traveler’s name, even though it had already been paid for. We requested to have our rooms on the same floor and connecting if possible. They were able to put us on the same floor, but the connecting rooms never happened. Then on the third night, the air conditioner in our room stopped working in the middle of the night. It was an extremely miserable night, especially for someone like me who suffers from severe asthma. The heat made it very difficult to breathe

Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. When I reported this to staff I was told air conditioning went out day before. While I appreciate this is outside the control of the staff at check in I would have like to have been advised air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Otherwise property was great and staff were very helpful.

Our first room's toilet was dirty, we didn't even want to guess what was in it. The tub was also grimy and old. They ended up moving us to a new room that was much cleaner, but it left a sour impression on us. The casino was in excellent shape with a great variety of slot machines. We didn't play any card games, but there seemed to be a selection of those too. Overall, I'd only come to gamble in the future. I wouldn't stay at the resort until they do some remodeling.

Our overall experience was great! The facilities are great, pool is amazing. The room however was not very clean and there was a lot of hair in the tub and all over the sheets. Sadly I didn’t have a comfortable sleep but everything else was great!

Staff was great. We were allowed to check in early, which was extremely nice of them. When we go to our room, it was made up, but bathrooms walls were chipped, hand prints, light fixtures were crooked, broken towel racks, bedding had a blood stain, an the bathroom toilet bubbled all night, I thought it was flooding over.
