Choose comfort and friendliness!!!

I was misinformed on check in time and showed up early. The owner Alex made sure to take good care of us. He is friendly, very responsive to all his customers needs and comfort of our stay. I recommend choosing to stay here. Nice room, comfortable and affordable.

I had a reservation since April. The moment I got there, the attendance said they were turning everybody away. Another person was leaving because she said the place was roach infested. I'm glad I booked through Expedia because they helped me get into another hotel

We arrived and told our reservation will not be honored because key codes not working. When able to get a room it was so gross and old and had cockroaches in room. We left did not stay . Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I booked a room 6 months in advance and when I got there to check in they said no rooms were available. I presumed a scam of price raise because it was during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Not cool. Expedia customer service couldn't help either. Very frustrating.

Broken windows, gashes in the walls, empty pool and fountain, taook over 30 minutes to check in because the key machine wasn't working. $20 fee for a lost key card. The neighborhood feels like drug dealers and pimps and prostitutes, many buildings boarded up. Breaking Bad aftermath.

This place needs to be removed from your list of options. We stayed during the balloon fiesta. The hotel rates were jacked up to such high prices making reservations at a Holiday Inn were out of the question ($300-500per night). This place was $176.00 which was outrageous. This place was so dirty and smelled. There was no latch on the door. Smoking burn holes in the bedspread. No trash cans in the rooms. The floors were very dirty(I have ruined white socks to prove it). There were two of us staying and there was only one full size towel set in the room. There were no amenities. The pool was drained. When checking in they made a copy of my drivers license(I asked for back when we checked out). When I checked out before they would release the $100 deposit on my credit card she had to physically look at the room to make sure we did not destroy anything(is my guess). We did change rooms after the first night. Second room was not much better. I will say the staff were nice but it was a shame to have to represent that place. I have a video of the room and will try to share.

This hotel should not be in the Expedia network it is the most unprofessional establishment I have come to. I had a 3 nights prepaid in advanced since July 29 to stay on October 9 thru 12 I drove 14 hours to get to Albuquerque nm when I got there the lady was inside the office with a closed sign on the window but she was still in there working. As soon as she saw me she told me it was closed I try to tell her I had prepaid reservations but she didn't care o tried to call Expedia so they can get me another hotel but they wanted to charge me dollars a night for my two kids and my wife I had booked the hotel at dollars a night Expedia did not help me at all!!! All they said was that they will send an e mail to the hotel . O had to sleep inside my car with my family I had no where to go to . This is by far the most unpleasant situation I have gone thru I know no body in Albuquerque!! All hotels were full because of the ballon festival I bet the hotel rented out my room because they jacked up the price for it. The Expedia has still not refunded my money please stay away from this hotel and from Expedia to!! Or you will end up sleeping in your car in some rest stop and have security telling you you can't sleep there !! I hope you listen to this post of you do not you will be sorry you ignored it ...

We asked three times to change room in the first hour that we were there. They all had terrible smell, all no toilet paper, second room the toilet did not flush. The room that we took, on the third day, I realized that some of the bad smell was coming from an old running animal diarrhea, on the floor, under the bed. Behind the small refrigerador, there were some left over pebbles of dried animal food. We had to ask for towels, because it wasn’t any in the room. When they gave us, they limited one set for two people and my husband and I had to share towels. We had to ask for toilet paper, because there was not any in the room. We had to ask for TV, because there wasn’t any cable connecting to the TV. I moved the small refrigerator to try to connect the TV’s outlet, and I realized the outlet was for two appliances. There were the microwave, refrigerador and TV. They never offered to clean the room when we were there. The pillows cases showed stained that had been used. We can see roaches coming out from the few outlets that are there. The ceiling has stains that dripped on the wall paper walls. The dirty on the floor was disgusting. No fire alarm, just a place for it. It’s all just bad. Yes, the Air conditioning was good. The TV, after the maintenance person came with the cable and installed it, was good. Becauseof the outlet issue, we had to disconnect the microwave. The small refrigerator was good. The water in the shower could get warmer. Some staff were nice.
