Staff super rude. Hugh lack of customers service. Couldn't stay in the room was stinky, filthy. Beds were not done correctly. Floor with hair. The front desk girl was super unfriendly. I requested a refund. Still waiting for it. Other people smoking in rooms.

This place was disgusting. I don’t leave reviews but if you have a chance to stay somewhere else I would. Room was filthy and my bed sheet was just turned inside out and was covered in hair.

Arrived at 8 pm to window check in. Could not tell us exactly where the room was! Lugged stuff up stairs to find someone was already in that room! Went back and asked for ground floor. Was told only had one GF available. Room was dirty, blood on corner of pillowcase and tv did not work. Was also told internet was down. Sketchy people around. Just horrid.

I booked a room for 2 nights and another for one night. The second room was for my father in law who was coming in on the second day. Upon arrival to the room was a strong odor of cigarette which was terrible for a "non smoking" room. The toilet was filthy and the tub was also filthy to the point where we didnt use the toilet nor shower. We got there at midnight so all we wanted to do was sleep and too late to find another hotel at that time. We woke up with headaches from the cigarette smell. As soon as we woke up we left and cancelled the second night and also the second room. We booked at La Quinta Inn which was similar pricing but way better 10/10!!! Cant believe this facility is allowed to rent out rooms in this condition.

My problem was I could not check in when I had intended. They did not have the room available. I tried to get my money back through Expedia and they would not give it to me. And Motel 6 would not honor it. I paid for nothing. I will never, use Expedia again for anything

HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED !! Don't know what housekeeping does, but I'll tell you they dont clean or know how to. NEVER paid for a hotel that provides a cold ass shower because theres no hot water. All in all , just a HORRIBLE place to go/stay. Felt UNSAFE my entire night.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. And management and staff couldn't care less. We changed room as the first one was dirty and stank of cigarettes. The next room was even dirtier.

It took three rooms. First had stains all over the comforter and sticky floor. Second room they sent me to was occupied already. Third room still had a sticky floor, the tv didn't work and light bulbs were burnt out. They were supposed to refund this night but never did.

This was the absolute worst property. I’ve stayed at recently. Two cockroaches on the wall as I entered didn’t help anything. They didn’t even supply toilet paper. Had to check in by standing outside in the cold. Please do not stay here.

This location is the worst I've ever seen. So run down. - Dirty feeling - A/C - Fan did not even work - Toulel seat worse than any rest stop - Had a room at firat which I could not access due to broken lock. Got my second room. IT WAS HORRIBLE. Too tired to dral with asking for another. - Workers should not have their children hanging out/working with them outside of lobby/behind desk. I understand about extenuating circumstances, but its not professional. Sge waa distracted. -Paint splatter all over floor in room. - Property not kept up. Looks dingy/ild/dilapidated. I've stayed at many many Motel 6 locations. This is the worst. Will not stay again. -

There weren't a lot of options for hotels and I wouldn't have chosen this place if there wasn't an eclipse and huge balloon festival happening the next day. I took a chance and booked anyway, even though there are a number of negative reviews. The door to our room had a busted chain lock from a previous forced entry, the room was dirty, there were cockroaches, there was a crime scene investigation team at the front of the hotel when we came back from dinner. It wasn't a good place to stay. We left early. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless, like us, you have no other choice.

Disgusting!
If I could give it a negative star I would. The woman at the counter was very unfriendly and said if you dont give me the confirmation number I can't help you. I had to call hotels.com to get the number. Hotels.com had to call her also. The room hadn't been remodeled for decades. Stains on sheets. Dirty rag in the bathroom. Toilet running all night. There was no soap in the room. I went to the counter and asked the lady for it. She said, "We are not a hotel!". An scooped some motel six soaps out of a box and said... they just arrived. We paid $250 to stay in this dump. Disgusting! We slept in our clothes and didnt dare take a shower.... avoid this place !

I was shocked at the horrible condition of this motel. We chose it because we needed to be close to the airport. My husband and I were up killing bugs, I think cockroaches. Outside of our room we believe drug deals or worse were happening, with lots of yelling and screeching tires. We decided to leave to go to the airport. It was the most disgusting and frightening experience I’ve had.

Excellent attendant, HORRIBLE ROOMS.
The woman at the desk, who worked the evening Friday, October 13th, 2023 was an excellent worker. Much respect and gratitude to her for staying on the job and getting guests checked in all on her own while rooms were completely over booked, rooms hadn’t been checked, and putting up with a company and/or management that appears to completely disrespect employees and customers. Because she was working a third shift in a row on her own, there was no one helping check in guests. Even though she was doing everything she possibly could, We waited an about an hour to get checked in. The bed sheets had dried fluid on both beds, a hair in one bed, definitely sheets were not changed. The only working light in the room was the bathroom, the others all flickered badly or just didn’t come on. In my opinion, the condition of the room was at least 20-30 years old without maintenance. So everything was disappointing. Another guest refused to stay because upon getting her nonsmoking room, “everything stank of cigarettes and there were burns on all the furniture and bedding “. This location has apparent disrespect to their employee’s work conditions, housekeeping training, and total disrespect to their customers.
