What attracted me to picking this location was the unique design of the building and the detail in paying attention to American Indian heritage. Everyone was very friendly. Ample parking, beautiful views of the mountain, easy access to restaurants, Starbucks. Will definitely come back .

This was a beautiful place!!! Very culturally rich with Art, clean, the staff was super curteous. Could use an exhaust fan for the shower and restroom. But all in all 5/5.

Nativo is a good place to stay when you are in Albuquerque. The front desk is full of great people. I had a room with a great view. I recommend staying here mostly since its close to everything. Thanks Nativo.

I stayed for a week and its location is in a good spot. Many restaurants near and its right off the highway. The hotel is not as new as it looks on online. It is very nice compared to others. The one thing i'll say is they need to clean the carpets in the rooms. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The beds in my room were a bit odd, they sit on a medal frame with wood boards for the box spring, the mattress was much smaller then the frame. The house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was not to bad. I would have gave them a 5 star had the carpets been cleaner and the elevator worked. I was on the third floor and the elevator was out for the whole week i was there. The day i was leaving the elevator got fixed. Luckily i was able to use it to bring my luggage down. It wasn't fun lugging it up 3 flights of stairs. Be watchful of the surroundings as there are a lot of homeless people in the area. I couldn't believe how many in the state compared to my last visit.

We loved the native interior design of the hotel, however the bed in our room smelled like urine and we found it disgusting and could not sleep. We will never stay at this property again.

First Expedia had the reservation under Chris Strom, although I used my wife & my CC. Fortunately I called the hotel and Rachel said she could not check in my wife Cathy & her cancer sick friend under the Expedia reservaton. She suggested I cancle the reservation & she would approve the refund, which she did. The room was so dirty with Rachel's agreement, she move them to another room, way down the very dirty carpet to a room that had spider in my wife's bed when she turned down the covers! The elevators were inoperable, dirty carpet & rooms with maybe only 15 units on the ground floor used! Plus a resort fee!!! This is no "resort". I can't believe this dump meets Expedia standards. We will NEVER stay at Nativo Lodge again and would tell any iquiry to do the same. REMOVE Nativo from Expedia's list!

The hotel looks great from the outside, but when we checked in the elevator was broken and while we were there, we did not see one elevator repair company over the four days we stayed. The freeway noise was very loud, which made it difficult to sleep, as well as people partying on their decks laid into the evening rooms are very dated. I will probably not stay there again since the elevators were broken. I worked four days. I would’ve thought they would’ve offered a discount or something to try to make it right my wife has a bad knee and going upstairs to the third floor was not fun every day. I understand things go wrong but when they do go wrong, it’s how you make them right there was no attempt by the hotel to make them right.

The staff was absolutely wonderful very helpful provided us extra snacks and towels the elevator was down for our stay we need to go up and down three flights of stairs with the duffle bag which wasn't too terrible we went for the pool and the jacuzzi which was very beautiful it was just over packed extremely over packed my kids had fun and I had fun
