No blow dryer, no closet. No dresser . No where to hang the towels. Shower curtain was on the floor when we got there. When we got back to our room Friday night and our room was left open due to new locks being installed which we did not have keys for. When we went to the counter to get new ones the night clerk didn’t know how to make them. ( we wanted new ones in case we decided to go out again) they left our door open with the safety lock

Whole place was not what I would expected under renovation and noting was clean except room but even room was needing work. No towel racks, paper holders and door would not shut without slamming and but it was only for night.

I booked because the site rated Very Good. The room was clean, but I didn't like the smell of the room, very perfumy. There was a hole in the wall with wires in it. They are also remodeling, so everything was a mess. I love the walk-in shower but when I was done, I noticed the shower curtain was soaking wet and so was the bathmat. I even made sure I pointed the shower head to the far corner. I would rate just fair. The Staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. I checked out just before 6AM because many of the other guest were very load and slamming doors, ALL NIGHT!

They failed to inform us when we checked in that they would be doing construction right outside my door with power tools, hammering, and extremely loud workers. When i informed expedia of the situation they called rodeway just to have front desk call my room and be extremely rude saying the website said renovations would be going on i have stayed in my share of hotels renavating and never have they worked on same floor as guest there so i am very disappointed in this stay the wifi did not work either all round horrible experience l

My recent stay at the Rodeway Inn was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, it was evident that renovations were underway, which could have contributed to the overall experience. Initially, we were assigned to a room on the first floor, where we encountered duct tape on the floors and very dim lighting—a rather unwelcoming sight. After expressing our concerns, we were moved to a third-floor room. However, the situation did not improve. The strong smell of paint and bleach was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, we found long hairs on both beds, and to top it off, the TV didn’t work, which was frustrating. We checked out immediately and did not stay past the 15 minutes we were there, if that. As a 14-week pregnant woman, I found the odor particularly distressing and decided to reach out to Expedia for a reimbursement, which we are still waiting for. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially receptionist April, who did her best to assist us. Given our experience, I cannot recommend staying at the Rodeway Inn, especially in its current state. Despite boasting a rating of 8.0, I would rate it closer to a 2.0 at this time. There are certainly better options available.

Rooms are disgusting. Checked out to a different hotel immediately however the shady manger would not refund even though i didnt stay. Worst hotel ever. Do not and I repeat do not stay at this disgusting hotel.

I don't know how this property got 4 stars. They must be fake. I asked for a refurbished room and thought it would be OK. There was no toilet paper holder and the shower curtain kept falling down. Also, the first night there was a guy talking and laughing really loud in the hallway after midnight, and the second night we had to listen to sex in the room next door (like maybe a prostitute?) Needless to say, we then checked out early.
