This is such a comfortable, clean, and cute property. The outside space is lovely for hanging out and the location across from the pool was perfect. The property manager, Daris, was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely go back to this property!

Nice House for a family!

The house is as advertised online: a lovely, comfortable with a distinctive adobe style. It's fully equipped for a family, boasting both excellent furnishings and remarkable cleanliness. Our family enjoyed a week-long stay here, thoroughly had wonderful time spent exploring New Mexico.

Beautiful home located right outside of town in a new neighborhood, quiet with nice neighbors. Going on walks through the neighborhood was perfect and we felt safe. The house is well taken care of with all the amenities our family needed during our visit. The host even provided local spots for food, drinks and the local grocery stores. Wifi was great and having smart tvs throughout was a plus. Overall this house is a wonderful spot to unwind after visiting all of the great touristy spots in nearby downtown Albuquerque.

Beautiful Property! Amazing Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the cleanliness, decor, and attention to detail. Loved having the grill and outdoor patio to make dinner and hang out after a long day of moving our daughter into the college dorms at UNM. The community pool is right across the street which is also a major plus - No one was out at the pool when we went so we had it all to ourselves! The host was wonderful—super responsive, kind, & helpful to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Checking in and out was simple with no issues at all! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking! :)

Our family had a great stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the proximity to the community pool was awesome. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Update Time

The house is set up for a great stay. All the basics of enough linens, cooking and serving items, etc. location by the pool was a plus. The house needs some updating, particularly the window blinds and dishwasher, but everything was functional. Our biggest issue was lack of a garage remote and the misfunctioning of the garage door. All reported but not addressed during our stay. The manager does respond to message quickly.

Great location and very well maintained. We arrived and everything was exactly like it was pictured. Quick responses on any questions. Would stay there again. 6 adults ages 50-78 fit very comfortably
