Staff rude, daughter was sick and borrowed a bucket and mop not even a caring or concern or asking if we needed help. Check in she was extremely rude. No foxtel or other facilities. It was like a cheap motel out of one of those American movies only thing it wasn’t cheap in cost

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and kids loved it. Only complaint was that the mattress on the sofa bed was thin and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay!
