A 5 minute walk to Dean Street where you'll find a diverse range of restaurants, breakfast cafes, pubs and wine bars. Ideally situated within 500 metres of the beautiful Botanic Gardens. The space The cottage is very private with a high front fence and gate. There are lovely spots on the front porch and in the garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a beer or wine after a busy day of tourist activities or work. We have recently refurbished the home and would love to share it with happy travellers.
We provide a welcome basket with some breakfast basics for your arrival, including eggs from our hens (when laying), milk, cereal, muesli bars and a few coffee pods for the Nespresso.
The driveway and carport are not wide so are suitable for sedans and smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles including 4WDs will fit through the gates but it will be tight when opening doors so you may want to park in front of the house. It is a quiet street with ample parking. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, front and back yards, carport and driveway areas. The garage is closed off for storage. Other things to note There are two steps up to the front verandah and from the back door down to the garden.
