It was adequate for price, but bit worn down. We had booked for 2 people but they only provided one plate/mug/cup. The outdoor sitting area looked nice to spend time in evening, but when another guest was constantly smoking there didn't feel able to use that space.

Our reservation was cancelled by the green door motel. Two hours before arriving. And I have called several times to Expedia to get a refund no one has got back to me as yet. The person at cancelling the reservation said they’ll do the refund and now they are saying to get in touch with Expedia to get the refund. Very poor service. I would like my refund ASAP.

Very poor!! I have never stayed in a motel with such sub standard conditions.Pics will show what I think. Only 1 blanket. 2 flat pillows only... Used rolled up bath towels to give some height to the pillows. Cleanliness was non existent.
Cig burn and stains.
The faucet was completely loose.

I stayed in unit 20. Rarely in my many years of using hotels have I ever stayed in such a disgusting place. Two taps running all night. Stains all over the carpet. Bed sags. I never showered as black mould above the shower. The place stank, there were shoes left outside giving the appearance I was just using a room more frequently used by someone else. Filling the jug with anything more than 200 mls from short taps in a small bathroom sink was close to impossible. The toaster was placed above eye level and because the cord was permanently inserted in a narrow circle hole I could not shift it to view the appliance before I used it. Hence not even a toaster was effectively available. The grounds were so poorly maintained. For the first time in my life I placed a chair against the door as I felt it was unsafe. Previous reviews registered 8.2. I will NEVER trust wotif reviews ever again.

it is a budget motel. the room was ok in that it was warm, clean and the bed was comfortable. A tea towel to dry dishes would have been useful. the grounds around the motel were shabby with an old car in the driveway.
