L'appartamento, ultimo di una serie di casette, è spazioso, arredato in modo semplice e funzionale. L'ingresso è su una veranda sempre ombreggiata, le camere esposte a sud sono più calde ma il condizionatore posto in anticamera permette notti fresche anche nelle giornate più torride.
