房間整理乾淨、員工服務熱忱、設施多樣化、接駁服務便利；但人潮一多時接駁就要等待較久，這次住一樓的泳池進出房及樓上的泳池景觀房，都發現是兩間房的連通房型，而房門及連通門隔音都很不好，尤其是夜晚22:00後，來自隔壁房間的聲音非常清楚，尤其有一晚遇到房客聊天到凌晨，另一晚是房客的小孩在打鬧、哭泣、大笑，雖然有請飯店處理但效果有限，這點上最大的扣分。

服務非常好, 私人海灘也非常乾淨, 但房間隔音普通, 在房內c會聽到隔壁小孩在房間或走道吵鬧的聲音

離譜的度假村
很離譜的訂房價格稅金服務費居然將近房費，一間房費4187.97稅金居然高達3528.18，都訂好了才發現這麼離譜，訂了3間是4人房硬要我們住1間2人房，更慘的是1間廁所大量漏水很吵晚上沒辦法睡，1間房間大量淹水，2間房間緊鄰餐廳早上6點準時被吵醒，房間嚴重霉味，整個旅行氣氛都被這家度假村搞亂了，這跟本不是度假村吧

Everything was so nice. Clean room , very friendly and helpful. It would make made a huge difference if we could have had loungers or seats on the beach. Being older it’s not easy to sit on the sand. Other than that I would definitely return. The location and beach was awesome.
