Villa with pool in a quiet location, at the foot of the Maroma and the Sierra de Tejeda nature reserve, completely private, on 2 floors, with different terraces.
Villa suitable for 8 guests: 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms + bed sofa in a separate room.
Present: well-equipped kitchen with 5-burner stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher etc .., washing machine and dryer, fireplace, air conditioning, wifi and TV.

Everything and more in the kitchen, wi-fi is great. The house is laid out well so everyone can enjoy time together and still have areas where you can escape to have some me time. Pool is fantastic for adults and children and good parking in the property grounds. A car is recommended, you can walk to the village which has a selection of bars and restaurants. 3 local mini markets are in the village however it is hilly and a good strong heart and legs would be a big advantage. Fantastic views from all directions around the property and a great place to switch off and relax.

This well stocked Villa has all the items you need to make it a home from home for your stay. The kitchen wants for nothing. The villa is clean,tidy and maintained well. Pool was inviting and clean. But most of all the views are truly special. If you like to stay away from the crowds and want a peaceful relaxing holiday then it is ideal. Shops are short car journey of 5 to 10 minutes away in Alcucia or Vinuela and have most things. The beautiful seaside resort of Torre Del Marr is a little further out by car but is worth a visit. We have stayed in the area several times over the last few years and would not hesitate recommending this villa.
