「Una maravillosa experiencia. El hotel es precioso y muy tranquilo y sus empleados hacen que te sientas verdaderamente atendido. El gimnasio fue mi parte favorita por sus máquinas de alta calidad, todo impecable y un entrenador siempre dispuesto a ayudarme. En el restaurante todo fue excelente. 「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「Was absolutely beautiful amazing staff very helpful perfect place to relax . However It is of the beating track so would recommend having your own form of transport or use wiki lock for local foot paths 」

「This was a great stay, unfortunately it was only for 1 night and we did not spend to much time on the hotel, but it was really friendly check in they even followed and made sure your where happy with the room. Outside is a nice pool area to enjoy. I think you will be very pleased with your stay here. 」

「Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.」
