“As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants,……

“Pros: La localización en el paseo marítimo enfrente de la playa”

“Situacion No tener, productos de limpieza para el baño o fregadero, por lo demás bonito apartamento”

“Estaba todo perfectamente limpio. Todo bien.”

“Brilliant location apartment is basic but good value for money everything you need except Wi-Fi which is very important for people! Communication from apartment manager very poor i messaged him 3 time's any didn't receive a reply? But as i said fantastic location short walks to everything any the sea and beach only few metres away. Think AC should be included in the price and 10 a day is a lot to pay.”

“La ubicación Faltaban toallas”

“With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel.”

“Good location and great facilities All good”

“The apartment is new, big, clean, well equipped, in a good location. The building has both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The most beautiful view from the big terrace. Service is good. I will highly recommend this accommodation to people coming from Serbia to Benidorm. Although the apartment is very well equipped, there is no hairdryer.”

“La ubicación perfecta. Zona tranquila y familiar. El apartamento estaba bastante bien. Las almohadas de las camas necesitan un cambio, las escoba y el recogedor también.”
