Great apartment and location.

Fabulous and spacious apartment 2 minutes walk from the beach. Good base to explore the local area but lovely beach in Aldeburgh too. Minsmere RSPB well worth a visit. Had a lovely lunch in the Dolphin pub in Thorpeness. Thoroughly recommend the property and the area.

Mostly good

This apartment is in the centre of Aldeburgh but quiet, and it was clean with easy access. There was a problem with the hot water (too hot and not possible to cool it) but the letting agency was efficient and a plumber came out after a couple of days and fixed the problem. It was rather cold when we were there and there were no extra blankets - that would be a great addition. The windows in the front bedroom are rather old and rattle a lot on the wind which woke me several times - in fact there were quite a few strange noises which we couldn't track down. But it is an old property and has great character.
