"Human hair in tub and shower. Floors not vacuumed or clean room filled with cob webs. Went to front desk to complain regarding room a lady speak with front desk man was complaining regarding her room requesting a refund. I asked her what was issue with her room she showed me a picture of bed bugs. ..."

"We checked in around 8pm...front desk staff was amazing, she was helpful, kind and courteous( a rarity nowadays). The property itself was in excellent condition, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Very impressed and satisfied with our stay."
