The living room spans the full width of the house, with two sets of French doors that keep it glowing from morning through late afternoon. There's cozy seating for six and a big TV for movie nights, plus a desk and chair near the entry if you need to get some work done. The dining table seats six, right next to the deck.

KITCHEN
A full kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric range and oven, full-size fridge with filtered water, and a microwave — everything you need to cook a real meal and enjoy it together.

BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 6
Primary suite: queen bed, walk-in closet, and its own private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: full/double bed with two bright windows.
Bedroom 3: full/double bed with two windows of its own.

BATHROOMS
The primary bath is split across two rooms — a deep soaking tub in one, a separate glass walk-in shower with double vanity in the other. The second full bath has a tub-shower combo and its own vanity, plus a convenient half bath on the main level.

DECK
Step out from the dining room and you're level with the treetops — the perfect spot for morning coffee or an end-of-day drink with a leafy view.

PRACTICAL
In-unit washer and dryer, central air and heat, and free off-street parking in the driveway.

Kingstowne is a peaceful residential pocket of Alexandria that still puts you close to everything.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the whole upstairs to yourself — all three bedrooms, the kitchen, the living and dining rooms, the deck, and the laundry. Check-in is self-service with a door code, so you can settle in on your own schedule.

ABOUT THE UNIT BELOW
There's a separate garden-level studio with its own private entrance that we sometimes rent independently. It's fully self-contained with its own bathroom, so you'll never share a door, hallway, or bathroom. The interior door between the two spaces stays locked at all times. You may occasionally have neighbors below you, and other times you'll have the building to yourselves. We ask all guests to keep noise down between 10pm and 8am.

PARKING
Free off-street parking is included in the driveway. The two-car garage is reserved for whole-house bookings only.
