It is a laid back, Spanish town. Lots of great places to eat and drink, and a lovely long promenade for walking. There is plenty to do but if you want Torremolinos this is not it - and all the better for it.

The staff was very friendly. We loved the pool area and our room just off the pool was perfect until it was time to go to sleep and we wanted to bathe. Barely a trickle of water dribbled into the tub. It was too late to call anyone.

Stunning views and clean, comfortable, simple accommodation. But thin walls and noisy neighbours below and to one side of me. Luck of the draw, but perhaps not for those wanting a quiet retreat

Lovely old house, very clean & tidy. Kitchen & equipment basic but perfectly adequate (even for keen cooks like us). Barbecue excellent. Large private garden very pretty. Why not spend a lazy afternoon at Playa de Mezquitilla during your trip to Algarrobo? Wander the seaside and beaches while you're in the area.
