J'étais déçu de l'état général. A mon arrivée la personne qui s'occuper de l'accueil était froide . Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre exigu la salle de bain vieillotte fuite d'eau sous le lavabo heureusement que j'ai passé 1 seule nuit . Par contre j'ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel c'était super grande chambre propre grand lit il y avait même un frigo et Wi-Fi du coup j'ai décidé de revenir.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight and it was close to the airport. I checked in about 5pm and did not have a chance to use any of the facilities or order food. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I was easily able to arrange a ride to the airport the next morning at 3:45am. The man at the front desk was there to greet me in the morning and let me exchange some dollars for the ride to the airport. This is a great pick for travelers in transit who need a convenient location near the airport.

On a occupé l'hôtel dans le cadre d'un voyage via l'aeroport d'alger.Bonne expérience, hôtel très propre avec des prestations de grande qualité en particulier le service de la navette. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande.

Inconvénients: Le service de la navette n'est pas adéquat, pour un problème de communication entre la réception et les conducteurs je me retrouve à attendre plus d'une heure à l'aérodrome avant d'être récupérer.Je rends hommage au jeune qui m'a pris de l'Aéroport, qui s'est excusé pour le malentendus Le service internet .était médiocre, autant ne pas le cité dans la fiche marketing parce-que s'a nuirait à l'image de l'Hôtel.

Je ne recommandes pas cet hôtel, mon expérience était terrible, juste pour réclamer qu'est ce que j'ai payé ça m'a pris des heures d'attentes et des appels faire à distance, ainsi deux jours juste pour régler leurs fautes et leurs manque de professionnalisme, c'était ma pire expérience, non seulement ça l'hôtel est vraiment loin du centre ville et l'adresse est mystérieuse aucun taxieur a reconnu leur adresse jusqu'à que j'ai appelé le site ou j'ai réservé pour me donner l'adresse exacte ça veux plus de dépense avec le taxieur qui attend que je lui confirme ma destination et bien sur il a compter le temps d'attente franchement j'ai réserver juste pour une nuit et deux jours, mais c'est deux journée était fatigante au lieu que je me repose.

Western-style hotel

The overall experience of the hotel was good. It started off on the wrong foot when the girls at reception questioned whether our son was ours & wanted to hold our passports (my husband speaks fluent Arabic & there was no misunderstanding). The rest of the staff and the quality of the room made up for their lack of professionalism. The staff assisted us with getting a cab (it was the end of a holiday week & acquiring a cab was a challenge), ensuring that the shuttle was arranged and had a breakfast waiting for is prior to leaving. Would book again.
