“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit, la maison au milieu de caroubier et d'olivier. La piscine hors sol est bien appréciable, l'hôte parle anglais du coup on peut se comprendre.Cependant les options annoncées sont quelques peu biaisées car la maison ne fonctionnant qu'aux photovoltaïques la climatisation ne peut fonctionner; prenant trop de KWT. Le four est contrôlé à distance par l'hôte à qui il faut signaler quand on veut le faire fonctionner, idem pour le lave linge qui est dans son local……

“After traveling from USA to Spain in an 18 hour flight and going through traffic and all we make it to the hotel around 3:30p.m while check in is at 4:00p.m be prepared to call and buzz and dial the number on the door to get no response until a guy comes out and tells us go eat and give the front desk time to come in …. Like what ….. cool , he ask for identification we provide him with real ID just to say that doesn’t work ….. cool here’s passport…. Proceeds to ask for our home address….. sir……

“Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. Cheap (1.5 euro each way) & convenient bus to Valencia. Pura very helpful - thank……

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”
