Every staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming, which really made the arrival experience smooth after a long trip. One of the biggest highlights was how convenient their shuttle service is — they picked us up from the airport quickly, and it made getting settled into the hotel completely stress-free. "Exceeded expectations! You need to come here to experience Knotts’ Hotel! The staff was great! The rooms were so comfy and cozy! The meals at The Kitchen on-site and their room service was so good! They customized it to how you want it and plated it well served warm and hot! The ambience of the holiday season in the lobby was so welcoming and festive! I liked this hotel better than a competitor amusement park hotel! Come here and experience it for yourself!"
