Enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk in your private garden and swimming pool, equipped with a covered porch and outdoor furniture to relax to the fullest. The property has a gas and charcoal barbecue, as well as a toilet next to the pool for greater convenience without wetting the interior of the house. You can also take advantage of a small terrace accessible by a spiral staircase to sunbathe or contemplate the views.
Inside, you will find a spacious dining room with television and free Wi-Fi, perfect for resting or sharing moments with family. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals, with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Additionally, thanks to its location close to the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande, you can easily access local shops and restaurants.
The accommodation has three bright and well-ventilated bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds; additionally, there is the option to add a folding bed in the living room for a supplement. The full bathroom includes a bathtub for your comfort.
With an area of 80 m², this rural house for up to 6 people offers views of the mountain and the garden, creating a cosy and family-friendly atmosphere. Access is convenient and you can park your vehicle within the property.
