When I checked in I was given a room with a single bed despite having paid for a double room. When this was raised I was not moved rooms but was offered a partial refund. I have had no email to follow this up despite contacting the Hotel via Expedia to confirm. In addition to this the shower was cold and the walls and bathroom were dirty. I would not stay here again and would advise against it.

Small hotel room for two with all the basics. Had a coffeè machine but no cups. Tiny bathroom, hot water in shower luke warm, shampoo bottle tops left from previous guests. Bedding lovely and clean but dusty all around. We stayed on 3rd floor at front. Bar next door with several tables outside with music blaring out from 3pm until 3am. I got earplugs and they did the trick. This hotel is really close to shops,bars,trams, marina, beach and the castle, so location is ideal. We paid £80 for 2 nights so didnt really have too many expectations but there is always room for improvement.

La habitacion limpia, con desperfectos y falta de cuidados pero limpia. Lo horrible a sido qe el hotel esta rodeado de discotecas literalmente, el ruido en la habitacion insoportable toda la noche, el ambiente en la puerta de lo mas turbio, inseguro, hombres borrachos increpando, y para colmo no nos abria la tarjeta la puerta del edificio, menos mal qe estaba el chico en recepcion para abrirnos, este tipo de hotel deberia enfocarse en jovenes qe quieran fiesta, porque para eso es ideal, para pasar dos noches por trabajo mala elección

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig sauber – es lagen Haare im Bad und der Boden war staubig. Die Möbel wirkten alt und teilweise beschädigt. Zudem war es nachts extrem laut, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Location: Dead Centre Alicante The location is easily the hotel’s "superpower." You are dead centre in Alicante, meaning you can step out the front door and be at a high-end restaurant or a local tapas bar within minutes. Transport: It’s a commuter’s dream. You are perfectly positioned for bus, train, and tram connections, making it effortless to get to the airport or explore the neighboring coastal towns. The Vibe: Everything from the shopping districts to the nightlife is within walking distance. The Rooms: Simple & Spotless Don’t expect velvet curtains, but do expect a room that works. The setup is basic but highly functional. Climate Control: The AC is reliable (a must for those Spanish summers). Amenities: Having a fridge in the room is a massive plus for keeping drinks cold. Hygiene: The most important part? It’s clean. For a budget-friendly hotel, the maintenance is impressive. Service & Value The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch that you don't always get at this price point. When you factor in the location and the quality of the stay, it represents excellent value for money. The Verdict: Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who plans on spending their time exploring the city rather than sitting in a hotel lobby. It’s smart, central, and easy on the wallet

I will start with the positive parts. The location was excellent. The festival was great in the area, the restaurants were great the people in the area were great. The hotel was hard to find as the picture of the hotel was nothing like it as advertised. I booked a double room with single beds had to change rooms. There was a smell of sewage in the corridor leading to the room. We had a friend call in to see us called cockroaches. There was a TV on the wall but it did not work asked for a TV control but the respective gave us a control for another make of TV.coffee machine in the room no cups no coffee. The staff was stoned up with his friend and pretended that he spoke no English if that was the case why employ them? I’m not sure why Expedia has not been on top of this problem as there have been lots of written complaints about this. Expedia you need to refund my hotel? I have to say this holiday was fun looking at the bad business sense I thought Expedia was American with good business sense for the guests.

It is ok for the money. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be better, tile grout needing attention. Room very small and the sound deadening also needs improvement. Location is great, staff were helpful. All in all it is a budget hotel and fairly priced for what you get.

I booked a de lux room - 1 King bed for two people. I got a room with two single beds moved together, one duvet and not working heating from the air conditioner. The room was dirty, loose washbasin tap, dirty toilet seat. There was a coffee machine in the room for capsules without capsules, without cups or glasses- any complementary. If you can, avoid this hotel from afar despite its good location in the center of Alicante. Additional plus for high water pressure under the shower.

Hotel is in a great location to the beach and Marina. The only issue is it can be quite noisy at night time, hence the rating. The room was clean and adequate and had a safe and fridge. The bathroom was on the small side but everything worked fine, towels were provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, overall this hotel offered value for money.

Stanza sporca fuori maniera, con sporcizia/ calcare accumulato e incrostato, molto rovinata sopratutto il bagno che era indecente, materasso senza nemmeno il copri, con solo il lenzuolo appoggiato sopra. E sporcizia anche nei corridoi.. Poi per carità posizione centrale ma ingestibile il rumore se capita la camera fronte calle. Rumore tra camere snervante.
