「Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom. 「De passage pour un mariage, très bons échanges avec l'hôte qui s'est occupée de nous bien en amont pour nous faciliter l'accès au logement, eau fraîche petits biscuit et bouteille de porto pour nous accueillir au top! Très bonne literie maison de village très cosy avec parking privé parfait dans cette region ou les ruelles étroites empêchent le stationnement extérieur. Je recommande 」

「My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary at the Quinta. It's location made it convenient to visit local museums, wineries and Churches. The location also allowed us to explore many nearby small towns for amazing meals and to meet lovely people. Porto is only ~1.4hrs by tollway, which is 90% of the travel. We highly recommend taking the train, just across the Douro in Régua, out to Pocinho for a relaxing lunch and walk around the quaint town before returning. The railway view...

「Magnifique accueil d'Isabel, la maison est très bien, très propre et très calme. Chaque question reçoit une réponse sympathique, Isabel est à l'écoute et au service de ses clients, elle a toujours le sourire et est très disponible. L'accès au village est un peu périlleux, mais la vue sur la vallée vaut bien qu'on s'en donne la peine !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir car la vallée du Douro est magnifique ! Ne pas manquer la croisière sur le Douro depuis Regua, situé à quelques kilomètres...

「This is a room to remember! It is apparently new judging from the pristine condition and stylish modern amenities. The private hot tub on the patio is a welcome amenity after a long day of sightseeing and port wine tasting. The view out the windows is pastoral and inviting. Its just a short distance from the town, but its not practical to walk anywhere from here so we recommend if you have a car or are happy to use rideshares. The driveway entrance is non-descript so pics are below to help...
