it is very near city centre, and easy to eat and shopping.....In the Saturday morning, there is a morning market out of the hotel. it is really fun.

Vriendelijke personeel kamer was netjes en schoon. Behalve er kon geen raam open op de kamer dus lekker benauwd. Ontbijt was zeer matig. Weinig keuze. Niet eens witbrood. Ei was zeer en ook zeer droog! Te duur vergeleken met wat je krijgt. Ook het parkeren is 10x niks. 1e parkeergarage vol dus naar de tweede , waar je vervolgend "verplicht" moet staan want anders betaal je geen 15 euro voor een hele dag maar constant 2 euro per uur omdat je even weg gaat en weer opnieuw moet betalen. Alles met alles matig.

Wanneer u bij ons reserveerd is er een het op alle kamers mogelijk om een raam te openen. (Let er wel, op dat dit bij de Deluxe Inside room enkel niet het geval is.) Om zo goed mogelijk aan de verwachtingen van de gasten te voldoen vernemen wij uiteraard graag de wensen van de gasten. Onze receptie assisteert u hierin graag. Wij vinden het jammer om te lezen dat het ontbijt niet geheel aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Uw feedback zal intern worden besproken door het ontbijt team. Eher Mittelklasse als "Grand" Hotel
Die Lage im Herzen der Stadt ist so ziemlich einmalig. Die Zimmer sind aber nicht mehr so ganz taufrisch, auch die Beleuchtung könnte besser sein. Es fehlt im Bad an Halte- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Nespresso auf dem Zimmer ist sehr angenehm. Bei Ankunft waren Wasserkocher und Fernseher ausgesteckt, dazu mussten teilweise Möbel abgerückt werden.

The hotel is now very dated and could use a fresher paint job. The furnishings are okay and the room was spacious. However, upon arrival there were hairs on the floor - especially in the bathroom - many furnishings such as bedside cabinets and shutters were dusty and the shower gel containers were used or smeared on the sink. The bed's mattress was badly worn and by now so soft that it might be too soft even for soft mattress lovers. Since we only had a short stay, I did not complain about it further, but for longer stays the bed would not have been suitable. The location is otherwise very good, the staff was friendly and helpful.

When checking in I was upgraded, I guess because I am a fairly frequent guest and got a suite with balcony and jacuzi which was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mitten in der Allstadt.Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Bei der Lösung eines Problems, wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert.Das sehr junge Team macht dort eine gute Arbeit. Würden wieder dorthin kommen Aufenthalt vom 17.5.-20.5.23

Okay, aber mehr auch nicht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, was grundsätzlich für eine Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut ist. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch nichts besonderes. Unser Zimmer lag leider zur Straße hin. Dort fuhren bis spät in die Nacht noch Autos und jede Stunde spielte ein Glockenspiel. Ab 6 Uhr wurde dann unterhalb unseres Zimmers der Markt aufgebaut. Es war also sehr laut. Das Bad (Zimmer 106) war zum Raum hin offen und beim Duschen in der Badewanne lief das Wasser an der Glasabtrennung vorbei auf den Boden Es gab allerdings eine separate Toilette. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr dick und die Matratzen recht weich. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend - inmitten des Zentrums von Alkmaar. Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber - man sieht, dass kaum Staub gewischt wurde. Unter den Betten war viel Dreck. Die Matratzen der Betten sind total weich (nicht für jedermann geeignet). Im Frühstücksraum lief an zwei Tagen eine Maus herum - schien vom Personal aber niemanden zu stören... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fahrstuhl ein - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes - Erlebnis.
