Dank Expedia haben wir ein Getränk mit Schokolade Begrüßung bekommen. Das Beste war die Einladung zum Abendessen am „Volcan“ Restaurant und zum Spa (auch dank Expedia)”

“Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.”

Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super: ruhig gelegen, mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurant, die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. - Leider waren die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche (Restaurants, Snackbar) nicht immer sauber. Vor allem die Gläser oder auch Teller waren teilweise noch mit Resten der vorherigen „Esser“ beschmutzt. Leider hat auch die ein oder andere Servicekraft die Gläser……

Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were……

The biggest surprise was heated pool (main pool and kids slides), food was absolutely amazing, a lot of choice in breakfast and dinner (didn’t had lunch cos we were on half board). Nice bars for drinks and cocktails. We enjoyed to the max….. will definitely go there again. Highly recommended ”
