“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! “When we arrived, we were very disappointed to learn that the room we got what not the upgraded room I had paid for from the booking agency. It was a Mother’s Day trip for my mom and the hotel was full so we were stuck with it for three nights. The pull out sofa bed was horrible for my son and there were stains on it as well as the curtains in that room. On nights 4 & 5, we were able to be moved into the suite I had reserved. “Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue.……

But with the location you would understand why its needing a bit of an update. Bed was comfy and no complaints. Would stay here again.”
