「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Such an inviting jungle like retreat! A staff member met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel. The superior suite room was wonderful, especially with the natural hot springs hot tub! Would have liked a little more attention advertised as special services that go along with the room choice. Food was bountiful and tasty! Staff very attentive in the dining room!」

「Property has a wonderful view of the river and polite and helpful staff. We only had a minor issue with the towels for our room were very damp and when we requested replacements, those were damp also. This could just have been a one off situation. The Mountain view faces the train tracks and new construction that is underway on the other side of the tracks so try and book River view if it’s available. 」

「Segunda vez q voy, esta vez fui con mi mami para pasar un tiempo juntas, fue un poco tedioso llegar al hotel x la carretera, no podíamos pedir delivery xq cambiaron las condiciones del hotel, si o si debes consumir en el restaurante del hotel o salir al centro a comer… la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, pero la habitación estuvo impecable y las áreas comunes tienen bonita arquitectura 」

The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me...

「Very port property with open structure. Staff were super nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delish- full continental including hot eggs to order. They packed breakfast for us each day for our hikes. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was comfortable. Just a great stay. Would recommend. 」
