Fine but annoying

The place was fine. The property manager uses an entirely separate platform to manage check-in so you’re using VRBO and travelbridge AND another one to register you car. I requested late check out with plenty of lead time and they said they couldn’t give me a firm answer until the morning of check out. Which, for any sane person, means you still have to plan to be out on time anyways so why bother at that point? The night before check out I messaged asking about it and they said “it was never confirmed”. They just never bothered to look into it lol. So no major complaints other than it was an incredibly annoying process end to end. Hotels all the way.

Not what we expected

I have to be honest we are very disappointed. The check in process was ridiculous and very last minute in fact didn’t receive the codes for house until an hour after check in time. The home was not as pictured we were greeted with a lobby full of trash, every blind was broken and had paper towels taped to it. The furniture was stained and bathroom floor was caving in near toilet. We had a handicap guest with us and worried she would fall as toilet isn’t even sturdy it moves. The air conditioners are in windows and have trash bags jammed in around them. I do not recommend this rental. Josh was responsive but no one attempted to rectify this. This rental is not at all worth the money paid.
