The hotel lost power. I would expect a hotel to have a back up generator. Breakfast was lukewarm. It got very hot in the room. We had to go down a pitch dark stairwell. My husband is 80. It was frightening.

La mañana que tenía que salir la llave digital no funcionaba cuando subí a la habitación después de desayunar no podía entrar a la habitación y tuve que bajar a la recepción para poder sacar mis cosas de la habitación y fue muy incómodo y me atendieron con mala actitud cuando la hora de salida era a las 11am no a las 8 am para ellos desactivaran mi llave digital tienen muy mal manejo y muy mal servicio al cliente.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Bring ear plugs cause it’s too close to the highway and the ABSURD amount of lights is unnecessary. It’s not warm and inviting it’s BLAST YOU WITH LIGHTS EVERYWHERE! The hallways, lights on lights like whyyy so many? Like no!! The amount of money this place spends on electricity must be outrageous! Nice room though :)

The main thing is house keeping is too loud in the morning and even though we have late checkouts they still knock or open the door before 12. Very annoying.
