Welcome to my charming studio in the 3-star Le Splendid residence in Allevard! This former palace from 1908 was renovated in 2007 to offer modern, comfortable amenities. The studio is perfectly located for hiking and winter sports enthusiasts. It accommodates up to two guests and features a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a private bathroom. Book now for an unforgettable holiday or weekend getaway!
Bed linen is provided.
Winter season:
The ski resorts of Collet d'Allevard, 7 Laux (Le Pleynet), and Barioz are accessible in winter by a shuttle bus, with a stop 500 meters away. Outside school holidays, the shuttle runs only on weekends and Wednesdays.
A storage room is available for your bikes and skis.
Summer season:
The residence is surrounded by a large park. In addition to spa treatments, many activities are available around Allevard, such as mountain biking, road cycling, and paragliding.
The 20 m² studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a sofa bed and quality mattress, and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Amenities include an HD TV, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and raclette grill for 2.
Shared facilities: lounge, laundry, private parking, Wi-Fi. Access to the gym (sauna and steam room) on the ground floor is available for an additional charge. Please check opening dates with the thermal establishment.

Allevard is halfway between Grenoble and Chambéry.
