「Everything was very nice, including the host. Everything was clean and comfortable and well decorated. We did not have time to use the back yard but it was lovely and would be fun for a gathering. The driveway is a little steep and tricky to back out of, but a backup camera helps a great deal. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. It was very convient for our wedding. It is a very nice place!」

「First- I saw the low review below and can say that the person had no idea what they were talking about. I read the listing AND the website- it was fully up front about the property being somewhat off grid.We stopped here briefly on our way back home. It was such a wonderful experience! 「Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.」
