“The hotel is clean and comfortable, but not being able to speak Russian was a problem at reception and throughout my stay. Meal sare not included, but available to buy from the pleasant in-house cafe.”

“It’s an ok hotel, bed sheet not clean, I found few hair on the 1st day, but bkf is ok, front desk speak English, like most of 3 star hotel, house keeping is a problem, rest of thing all good”

“A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! ”

“In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more……
