Exquisite.
So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Outstanding hotel and service!
It is a truly amazing hotel. It is far from city center, but it is very quiet at night and air quality is very good. Interior and breakfast were awesome! Service is outstanding. Will stay here again and again. Love it.

Un bon rapport qualité prix
L’hotel est plutôt pratique car proche de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et nous avons pu faire une arrivée à 4h du matin avec la navette gratuite. Le personnel est serviable. La piscine est partagée il y a donc beaucoup de monde et de bruit en journée.

I stayed there for 7 days for some meetings. The staff were helpful and friendly. I share the following not to say dont stay there at all, but there are some things that could be improved. Some staff have limited or no English. I speak some Russian sonit was no problem.for me. The rooms are comfortable but a bit noisy from outside traffic. Breakfast could use a refresh. Simple and after 2 days, you wish they had more variety for longer stays. There are no teapots in the rooms for coffee or tea, but they do have hot water available near the reception. The restaurant is loud, but they have a nice area in the hotel they serve the same food there as well. The Internet worked well in certain areas but not everwhere. My room was #20 at the end of the hall and I could not count on a good connection so I had to use it in the public areas. The airport shuttle is fantastic. A man was awaiting with a sign upon arrival. On the return, they are professional, helpful and on time. This hotel is an excellent value for the price. Thank you to the staff!

Great for airport
The hotel shuttle was waiting for me on arrival at 1:30 am (pre-arranged), lady at reception spoke excellent English and check in was quick. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good then shuttle back to airport. The hotel is not near the city center and I cannot comment on getting there if you use this as a base. Excellent for the airport though. I would stay here again.

시내에서 좀 떨어진 위그루 마을에 위치한 호텔로 시내에서 비지니스를 하고 돌아와 마음 편히 지낼 수 있는 호텔로 주변에 식당과 마트가 많아서 민박온 것처럼 편리하게 지낼 수 있슴.혼자 돌아다녀도 그동네 사람으로 볼정도 비슷한 외모로 시선을 끌지 않음.

ロシア語もカザフ語もできずに夜中に到着しました。無料送迎つきとのことでしたので、カザフの友人に頼んでホテルに電話をかけ、送迎車を依頼してもらっていました。（日本からかけようとしましたが、どうしても繋がらなかった。）送迎のお兄さんに、換金したい、SIMカードを買いたいと伝えたところ、空港より町中のほうが安いとのことで、そのまま夜中も開いている換金所に連れて行ってもらい、SIMカードはお兄さんの引き継ぎで、ホテルに着いてから別のスタッフにホテル前のタバコ屋さん？に連れて行ってもらってゲットしました。トランジットのため夜中だけの利用でしたが、みなさんとても親切だし、建物も山小屋風で可愛いし、朝ごはんもシンプルながら美味しく、とても満足しました。ただ、ホテルの方々はややのんびり屋さんの傾向が…。実は、次の朝は道が混んでいたため、飛行機に乗り遅れました（無料で次の便に振り替えてはもらったので大きな被害はなし）。送迎車はだいぶ余裕をもって依頼されたがよいです。

I arrived late to Almaty and next morning at 6:00am had connection flight. Driver of shuttle met me inside airport building. He helped me my suitcase and was very nice. He is only one who was doing his job good. We got to hotel and I checked in very fast and got keys from my room. I was so happy that I could sleep but my happiness dissipared very fast. Guests in second room were having sex and wall were so thin that I could here every noise. After one hour they finished and I was ready to have short nap. But that didn't happen. Two girls from receptions were taking and laughing so loud till 2:00am. Stay st another hotel. Maybe little more expensive but quite.

Отель очень приятный, персонал вежливый и услужливый. Бассейн!!! Номер хороший, очень много дерева (кровати, двери, лестница). Хорошие завтраки (шведский стол). Уборка ежедневная, смена полотенец. Из минусов: удаленность от центра ( чаще всего возвращались на такси), за семь дней не разу не сменили постель, не пропылесосили дорожку. В целом отель оставил самое благоприятное впечатление, туда было приятно и радостно возвращаться! Спасибо!

Schönes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums
Vorab, tolles Team an der Rezeption. Immer hilfsbereit, früherer Check-In als avisiert. Hilfe bei Ausflügen und Transfers. Hotel sauber und absolut dem Preis entsprechend. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist relativ einfach und nicht ganz so hübsch. Aber unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass man sich in Kasachstan befindet, ist alles wieder gut. Wir waren im Februar dort, Poolanlage logischer Weise geschlosse, aber im Sommer bestimmt sehr schön. Essen im Restaurant auf dem Hotelgelände günstig und absolut zu empfehlen. Inkludiertes Frühstücksbuffet ziemlich auf das Land gerichtet , aber man konnte es ohne Probleme zu sich nehmen. Mietwagen oder Taxi unentbehrlich. Abschließend, für den Preis immer wieder gern.
