「The Host went above and beyond to make the house comfortable. All of the extra little details were our best VRBO experience so far. The house was cozy and warm. The convenience of being able to walk down to Dillsboro for dining, shopping, and the Christmas festival was priceless. 「The host was very good. She was very informative. The house was beautiful and very roomy for the family. I did try to light a fire , but found the lighters were unusable and there were only two matches. As she informed us ahead of time, the road up was very challenging. Maybe a few more directional signs would help. The views were spectacular, and the surrounding areas were as well. Besides the lack of lighters, we had everything we could need. We enjoyed ourselves very much」

「Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. 「Room was very nice and very clean! The only issues - the tv/internet needs to be updated or made faster in some way. In the spring summer and early fall it’s most likely not an issue since you would be out being touristy longer. But the short days in winter cause the internet/tv to be a bit more necessary for entertainment. Not a huge deal though. Room quality was very very good. 」
